  The course consists of written text and exercises by videos, sound fragments

• When is the best time to start?

  You can start at any time during your pregnancy, I think around 24 weeks is the best time so that you can follow everything at your own time. This also gives you enough time to master breathing techniques, for example.

• What is the difference with other birthing courses?

  This is the only course that is especially made for you as a pregnant international or an expat in the Netherlands! I noticed that there was a big gap between the questions from the international women and the content that the pregnancy courses offer, this course is aimed at that.

  This is a bit of a tricky question and it really varies from person to person. Definitely count on 10 hours.
